Wednesday Training CGBP Warm up then 80kg x5 90kg x5 90kg x5 95kg x5 (adjusted grip slightly wider on these,stil very close grip though) Only a quick session,had to run a class tonight,did a fair bit of Cardio for an hour | |||

Tuesday Training 8.6.10 Deadlift Warm up then 120kg x2 140kg x1 160kg x1 170kg x1 PB Speed Deadlift stood on 4inch block 122.5kg x3 122.5kg x3 Power Shrugs 117.5kg x5 117.5kg x5 Stiff legged Deadlift. Really pleased with todays session,deadlift felt strong,got the last week of routine next week so Im aiming for another PB | |||

Friday Training Push press Warmed up then 80kg x2 All PB's from here onwards 85kg x2 90kg x1 90kg x1 90kg x1 Very happy with these!! Power clean then strict press 50kg x6 60kg x5 70kg x1 -2 was there but messed up my breathing 70kg x F-got the powerclean,had 2 push press it. 50kg x6 All in all pleased with todays session,was very nice too get 3 singles on my current PB,strict press was weak but its the first time ive done them starting from the floor. | |||
