Bit dissapointed with the stricts,squats were ok though.

95kg x5 (adjusted grip slightly wider on these,stil very close grip though)


Only a quick session,had to run a class tonight,did a fair bit of Cardio for an hour Happy

Stiff legged Deadlift.



Really pleased with todays session,deadlift felt strong,got the last week of routine next week so Im aiming for another PB Happy

Power clean then strict press

50kg x6
60kg x5
70kg x1 -2 was there but messed up my breathing
70kg x F-got the powerclean,had 2 push press it.

50kg x6




All in all pleased with todays session,was very nice too get 3 singles on my current PB,strict press was weak but its the first time ive done them starting from the floor.
