I take 6 of the caps a day no sure what dose that it is but it says to on the tub. They DEFO work.

I've been using (because I'm too lazy to mix my own) A blend of Creatine, CM and BA from genetics, which at the moment, I'm rating very highly as someone who normally uses BA anyway

I tried it before but all it did was make me wee a stupid amount was every 20 mins and so irritating.

I don't really notice it doing anything went training but I have increased recovery between workouts and almost no DOMS.
