Good session today, had longer rest periods between sprints as I was with a mate so took the chance to get some more volume in overall. Felt quick and explosive even towards the end.

Funny you should mention that about the knee sleeves, I haven't worn mine for a while and my knees feel fine lol. Im going to start the front squats again, always helped my deadlift and back squat.
