Monday 31.5.10 Deadlift Warm up then 140kg x1 150kg x1 160kg x1 167.5kg x2 PB 120kg x3 120kg x3 120kg x3 Stiff legged deadlifts Barbell Rows Pul downs Arched Back good mornings Good to pull a pb but picked up a niggle in my lat,happend before about 6 months ago took about 3-4 weeks to get training back to normal but it doesnt feel as bad this time and was able to carry on with workout so should hopefully be ok! | |||

Thursday Training 27.5.10 Strict Press Warm up then 60kg x5 65kg x3 65kg x3 70kg x2-PB,there was a third in the tank but I f**ked up my breathing. Squats Warm up then 100kg x3 110kg x5-PB 110kg x5 110kg x5 100kg x8-PB Finished off with some leg assistance and curls for girls-5 min warm down on bike. Pleased with today,strict press was nothing special just keep ticking over but very happy with volume on squats,think theres a definate PB in the tank now | |||

Tuesday Training 25.5.10 Deadlifts Warm up then 157.5kg x2 132.5kg x3 132.5kg x3 132.5kg x3 (stood on a plate,was meant to do it on all 132's but i forgot ) Power Shrugs 107.5kg x5 107.5kg x5 Barbell Rows 70kg x5 70kg x5 Stiff legged deadlift 2x5 Underhand grip Pulldowns 2x5 Arched Back good morning 2x5 The kettlebell was out in the gym couldnt resist having a go Kettlebell was 16kg. x20 2 handed swings x10 clean and press right arm x10 clean and press left arm x10 snatch right arm x10 snatch left arm 30 second break x20 squats x10 snatches right arm x10 snatches left arm. Good session today,thought I was going to struggle as Im f**ked from running classes at work but all in all was a good session,deadlifts were fine had no sticking points they went up nice and easy,2 weeks of routine left now | |||

I think fighting tim sylvia was 2 big of a jump for him,only his 3rd mma fight and to fight someone of sylvias calibre takes balls,he also took some huge shots in there which shows he does have a chin I think he just needs to get more experience within the sport before he starts fighting big names,brock lesnar managed to pull it off and start fighting at a high level but he was an experienced wrestler,pudzianowski has no experience in a sport like this so I think hes doing well | |||

Friday Training 21.5.10 Strict Press Warm up 50kg x5 60kg x3 65kg x1 70kg x1 Equal PB 75kg x1 New PB Push press 50kg x3 60kg x3 70kg x2 80kg x1 85kg x1 90kg x1 PB (f**king Peach technique wise) 95kg xF (Just had nothing left in the tank shoulders were shaking like a s**tting dog Squats Warm up 100kg x5 100kg x5 100kg x5 100kg x5 100kg x5 Pleased with today,Overhead wise I new Ive had a pb in the tank for about 2 weeks so decided to go for max effort and got a PB on both strict and push press which im pleased about,time to get some solid training in now and get 100kg overhead,just threw the squats in at the end as shaun was squating,felt strong on all sets | |||

Thursday 20.5.10 Quick session before work Front Squats Warmed up then 90kg x3 90kg x3 90kg x3 Could count the amount of times ive done these on one hand so I think there coming along quite well. Legs Extensions 3x10 5 min Warm down on Bike. | |||
