9x WSM finalist! Member 662, 3372 posts | I personally think the tire flip is a crap event to watch! Just bored with it I guess! Agree with people on the grip type events! They are really crap for crowds IMO, all you get is someone standing there, then a bit of shaking, then a stupid face! same from every person! My least favourite to do is probably probably squat for reps, 1 cause I am a crap squatter and 2 because it just f**ks you for the rest of the contest!

vegetarian with a big deadlift - who would have thought... Member 340, 13300 posts SQ 315, BP 190, DL 350855.0 kgs @ 110kgs UnEq | I love the yoke too. Overhead is by far my worst event but the more I train it the more I like it, obviously don't like it when its for reps and I can't get one though. None I really dislike, but least favourite is probably natural stone overhead - just worries me having a dodgy shoulder!

Tyre is great as part of a medley IMO, 3-4 flips then say heavy farmers but your right, as a 7-8 flip event on its own its pretty tiresome (for spectators)

Still got a little bit of strength Member 400, 22072 posts | I find yoke very uncomfortable on my upper vertebrae. I use an unusual arm positioning to ease the pressure a bit.
