Box Squats 70 x 10 90 x 10 110 x 10 120 x 10 Kind of pissed off w myself seems like 1 step forward 2 back, I can't explain the strength differences day to day..prob from trying to force progress too quick. Fat bar pullup 8,8,7,7,6,6,5 alternating with 10 x Front Box Squat @50,60,65,70,75,80,90 DB rows sets of 10 up to 38kg BB Curls up to 36kg lying DB curls 5 sets of 10 @15kg each | ||
