I train with moz an the 201 that he failed was a shame the two weeks previous he had done this weight 3 or 4 times easily.Now the 230 he went for (that almost killed him) wasnt that close on the day but at home he's been about 3 inches off lockout With his tight shirt on he needs 230 just to get down.His bench was a bit flat on the day for his standards but im sure if he keeps his head down that 230 will soon fall! | ||
