Quality press session, the warrior diet's good imo. Especially for a bigger guy, sometimes the IF stuff encourages big guys to eat way too little. With the warrior diet allowing some food throughout the day I think it's better.

A yank friend of mine used that to drop from around 320 to 270(lbs) and keep most of it off.

Pressing -

I was looking forward to this session as it's finally time to try for a new CGBP which has been a long time coming!


Push Press -

Bar x loads
40kg x 10 strict 5 pp
60kg x 8
90kg x 3
110kg x 1

(6x2 100% 1rm)

120kg x 2 Reps PB Grin
120kg x 1,f,f
120kg x 1,f
120kg x 2
120kg x 1,f
120kg x f,1

Wasn't meant to be today! First double felt good but then went to s**t! I'm not sure whether to try 6 doubles with 120kg again or go for 6 singles with 122.5kg? We'll see how things go.


CGBP -

70kg x 10
100kg x 5

Happy with the CGBP but bit gutted about the push press. I'll try 6 singles on 150kg CG next week and keep adding 2.5kg like Ox said before trying a 1 rep max.
