Good session with the lads all be it mostly help load etc not risking it with Op next week !
It was Charlies first strongman session and was showing great potential for the future being a 22 yr old @ 130kg BW and 6'5 !
He was flying on the yoke and farmers doing all the above very easy going to do well in the juniors
felt like a rocky session with all the snow
