Thanks boys. Log was ok, but my shoulders were pretty wrecked.
Maybe I'm being a little hard on myself but I always want to push that bit harder or do something better at everything I do. I'm never 100% happy with anything I do.

Log was ok, there was no way I was going to get more than 100 so didn't try but at least I'm consistently getting it. Fronts were very sore on the left hand tendons, possibly strained it doing axle on Sunday.

No,I didn't video it because I was playing music off my phone and had it charging so couldn't. I'll try and video next weeks, when I double it (maybe).Grin
I do have a witness though, who will testify to it. Oh and my legs and back definitely feel like I pulled it!

Ha ha. It wasn't too bad actually but I bashed my kneecap failing the 270.
Next week, super clean non hitchy 265 then, then I'll squat it for LOLs.

rodger is a lost cause mate he will never see 90kg again mate i 2 willl deadlift 272.5.............one day

Ha ha. 280 is the aim for first comp of next year in April. Think Rodger is going full bore 105's.
