Not too bad considering my lower back was still sore from Wednesday and left hip is still sore and painful when doing more than 3 reps. The Ibuprofen helped though!! Going to stick to heavy doubles for a few weeks and see if it clears up.

Bit of conditioning work to start off. Mainly to get some warmth in the body, it was bloody freezing.

Hip became too painful and movement was restricted, had to stop. Going to have to see somebody about this hip problem, it's not getting any better and starting to impede training now. Which is not good.Angry

Thanks Neil. Things have been progressing pretty well and the hip was manageable until today but It just decided enough was enough when I attempted 275, it started moving but I just couldn't pull through my hips. I think I've juay overdone it squatting heavy and reps week after week.

I keep telling myself that but when it comes to doing it it feels wrong not going heavy. Next week will be a deload
