Aiming for a 250 squat by the end of 2012 Member 1989, 3168 posts SQ 240, BP 140, DL 270650.0 kgs @ 90kgs UnEq | Saturday 29/12/12 Didn't really feel like training. Still suffering with after effects of flu but my mate was back and he wanted to do something. Squats 10x70 felt really stiff in the hips and i.t band 8x120 felt like my hips were fused to pelvis, really 6x120 freeing off a bit 6x140 sore again 6x140 felt better. Thought I would try out the new knee wraps. 8x140 felt like nothing, actually struggled to get under the bar. lol Looking forward to using these properly for some big pb's. Bench Barx15 70x15 90x10 110x3x3 Left it at that didn't want to be stupid and hurt myself. Feel a lot better for doing something. | ||
