Didn't really feel like training. Still suffering with after effects of flu but my mate was back and he wanted to do something.

Squats
10x70 felt really stiff in the hips and i.t band
8x120 felt like my hips were fused to pelvis, really
6x120 freeing off a bit
6x140 sore again
6x140 felt better.
Thought I would try out the new knee wraps.
8x140 felt like nothing, actually struggled to get under the bar. lol
Looking forward to using these properly for some big pb's.

Left it at that didn't want to be stupid and hurt myself. Feel a lot better for doing something.

It was so tempting to go heavier on the squats as things started to free off but sometimes you have to let the head take control of the ego. Feel better for it this morning.
