gary lets talk about this high bar low bar training ideas next time we see each other... you'll enjoy that Roll-Eyes maybe you could sort out my bench too, at this rate i might even become a half decent powerlifter!!

just looking at a couple of things

next weeks top set on deadlift will be 217.5 x5 with no hitching

next monday top set on squat will be 165 x5

next monday top set on bent over row will be 95 x5

bench monday bench will be a repeat of friday or a another go at 85 x5

next week strict will be 67.5 x5

fridays bench will be a repeat on monday or another go at 85x5

fridays squat will be either 2.5kg or 5kg heavier than mondays depending on how monday's set feels

then we will move onto triples

clean and jerk at same weight a lot of times

thursday

150x5 squat (fully raw no belt)

177.5x2 squat

92.5x3 bench paused

today (saturday)

squats upto 180 single (belt)

overhead upto 70 single
