Just made me more frustrated. I'm going to tweak things for a while and do easy medium heavy weeks the n repeat. Easy will be 80% work Medium 85% Hard 90% Not going to per plan reps or sets just get so,e good work in without mast every session! Try it out till crimbo then report findings. Also going to try changing back squats and front squats around after Saturday. 6 week blast of the frontie! I'll still max both lifts on Fridays | ||
