Max Day today. Training hasn't been great so I wasn't expecting a lot.

None of these were good, been chasing numbers for too long and my whole lift has become uglier than it was..

113 Post hand injury PB. Felt a lot more stable with my head down...?? Is this normal? Chinese guys sometimes do it!

Then fancied a crack at clean pb so...

This hurt my right knee quite a lot though... Unhappy

More than a bit smashed up yesterday. Knees worse than I can remember after Friday Unhappy

Squat had no belt Unhappy
Bar loads and hurt a lot!

Didn't push it anymore, this was hard.,.

I frontied 160 today. I then also only cleaned 102.5 Tongue Your theory sucks eggs mate.

Circuit of safety bar squats w/65, Swiss bench w/60 pendlay rows w/60. 2 sets of 10 no rest then had to run.

Felt awful all night but will benefit from the break in loading Happy
