Good squats mate! I might have a go at the klokov press tomorrow looks cool. I do them as a warm up just with the bar.

Yeh, without a warmup I couldn't do 40. They're weird! Few weeks ill squat 200 x 5. Felt great today!!!

Tried to focus on being very tight in my back. Much improved. Felt weird at first but then made total sense and made the line and pull much more efficient.
