you did some good working sets on the snatch , 70x3 which is near 80% of a 1rm is training. keep the work up Happy

Cheers David, I was apply with the way stuff was going but had had a crap day and got preoccupied with numbers I wanted to cheer me up. Just made me more frustrated.

I'm going to tweak things for a while and do easy medium heavy weeks the n repeat.

Easy will be 80% work
Medium 85%
Hard 90%

Not going to per plan reps or sets just get so,e good work in without mast every session!

Try it out till crimbo then report findings.

Also going to try changing back squats and front squats around after Saturday. 6 week blast of the frontie!

I'll still max both lifts on Fridays Happy

Don't f**k a routine off over one bad session mate. Unless u really want to. We all have dog s**t days. Yours was today. So what? If it's been working keep at it Happy

It's more because I'm not. Actually getting lots f quality reps, just doing heavy singles all the time. With more experience ill be able to temper myself I'm sure but for now I need to have more structure!!

Aye I see Happy singles are good I think, just not loads of near max attempts that are 50/50 with fails. I'm looking forward to a session tomorrow Happy my physio said I can push through my tendinitis pain! Woo.
