You are supposed to be able to bench/row similar weights I think? As long as it thickens the upper back for bench it's all good!

Really, well I have learned something new today, would it be the same as cable rows? As BOR are weaker for me due to the issues I've had.

Have you tried them with a higher back angle i.e. Dorian yates style?

Need a good spotter... today's spotter (top bloke but can't spot to save his life) decided to grab the bar near the lockout on both reps at 220kg. Got no training partners at the moment.

Strict standing 60x15 100x5 120x1 140x1 155x2 (pb) 140x5 100x8,8(beltless + wider grip).

Seated smith OHP 60x15 100x12 120x10 100x15.

Seated smith tricep extension 60x12,12,12 80x8.

Pushdowns 6 sets. Preacher curl 5 sets. Hammer curls 3 sets. Superset rope pushdown and cable curl to finish.
