sorry about squat suit and gasp gear as I am clearly a confused lifterGrin

yeah training is going ok but not been much of it lately. 6 weeks away from first comp and it's raw so all lifting gear been ditched now!

Good stuff! Nothing wrong with GASP i have a few t shirts aswell (closet bodybuilder i think, lol). What lifts are you planning on at the raw meet?

Really good session today.

squats

oly squat, barx10, 60kgx5, 100kgx6, 140kgx6, 180kgx2, 200kgx3, 220kgx1, 230kgx1

add belt and wraps
240kgx6 (more there)
260kgx2 (easy but shot from the previous set)

oly squat 200kgx3, 180kgx4,4,5 more tech work

front squat 100kgx2x6 really quick ronnie coleman style. Gonna up the weight on this exercise next time

grippers
Loads of stuff with a CoC#3

inch dumbell
6 good lifts each hand, right hand more tilt but better pulls than last time. A few fails aswell.

Did loads of other grip stuff afterwards with the Polish boys and Sam Horn - including pinch, plate pinch and hub lifting. Session took nigh on 4 hours.

well aiming for following: bench 150, squat 200, dead 260. I think all are within reach but the bench will prove hardest for me. This is judging of gym lifts mind so may be more or a lot less depending how I lift under the pressureWink

Today's session (pm)

oly squat
rock bottom, no belt, no wraps
barx10
60kgx6
100kgx6
140kgx6
180kgx3
200kgx6 (loads more in the tank)
180kgx3 tech work
squats again tomorrow night..

grippers
LH - Credit card close CoC#3 5 singles
RH - CoC#3 3x10 wider than parallel reps

inch dumbell
LH - inch x pull to higher than waist height (first high pull if you like)

Then lifted inch dumbell (78kg) in left hand and 71kg gold DB in the right hand at the same time.

Followed this up with several lifts of the inch replica with either hand (generally left better than right and less tilt)

Right hand 71kg gold dumbell 1x5 reps in quick succession then a hold at the top

Plate pinch
3x10kg plates 2 lifts with either hand full lockout

Plate loadable thick DB
Worked up to 2 singles at 90kg with either hand
