Frigging cold tonight. The snow had frozen back over and turned to thick ice - which mean walking on the road instead of the pavement all the way to the gym and back.

Warmup - KB stuff, RC stuff, stretching, front/side/rear delt raises with light KBs

Today's session, cold again, fresh snow

Inch dumbell pulls
Inchx6 attempts left. 4 good.
Inchx3 attempts right. All half way up. So dropped to 71kg bell for several solid lifts.

Plate pinch
2x20kg several lifts each hand, stopped before any tears etc...

One hand euro pinch @ 44mm
Loads with 32.5kg.

Wrist curls in both directions, very light.

The squat is sort of a PB (only done 230x3 for 1 set before) but i was disappointed that if felt a bit harder than it should. My hips and glutes felt really cold and not warmed up properly despite loads of stretching and sets with lighter weights. The paused squats is a solid improvement though.

Thanks mate i'm loving pulling the inch dumbell at the moment!

Rain. Cold. Joints sore, pec delt insertions (on both sides) sore even before starting. Got better with warmups.

120kg straight weight x 2 x 1 paused - these FLEW up!
The doubled band really kicks in at my sticking point plus there is still tension at the bottom.

Really making the mostof this while my skin heals for pinch again.

5 full lifts left handed with the inch. 1 of these held at the top.
