I think that is all you can do at Hamiltons to be honest mate but worth it as is a decent gym and apparently he is getting strongman equipment.

That will be a bonus big time if they do think that might be the place to go, someone was saying that its quite small inside.

I'd say its only slightly smaller than BB and double the size of hercules!

Which ones mate? The extended ones with 100kg or did I do it on my 135kg ones aswell?

Top squatting pal, looked mles better. If you can try and get a lower box for the box squats as the bench is too high.

Although to be fair all yourf other squats were to decent depth, so if you carry on like that you won't need the boxes!

ANother thing that helped me when I first started was watching these:

I was really concentrating on trying to get good depth on all of my squats to try and get used to it and also improve my flexibility.
