Following a little rest after ESM I'm starting a new journal in line with a new phase of training. I'm guilty of training by feel a lot of the time, yet force my clients and athletes to follow my prescribed programming. Often they get better results than I do. So I'm following my own advice for once and have programmed for myself for the next 9-12 weeks. I've come up with a template constructed of things I know work for me and others, and am calling it The Forced Entry Method Given time I may put the full template up, but that's a whole seperate thread. For now, I'll just be recording my sessions, starting with today.
