Great im Glad im not the only one !
Sore as hell will carry on and see if it stretches a little, bought it from colin as it was a bit on the small side for him .
It feels like the biggest effort is getting down to grab the bar rather than the lift lol !

Welcome back Sounds like you and the Wife had a Hoofing time in the states ..
I need a holiday after reading that !
Cheers for the Advice will hold back on the cutting and see about getting legs altered or see if it stretches a little put powder on the legs to see if that helps but still bloody cutting in .
As for Dizzy Making meals well 1st of all I dont trust her in the kitchen I usualy do the cooking lol
I am eating well and doing No cardio at the mo and struggling to put the weight on cant realy understand whats going on ...

It was a LOT on the small side for Colin.
Definately dont cut it, or it wont work. It needt to be as tight as it can be in the legs and ass to get the pop off the floor. I didn't think I would be able to stick with it, it was so painful to use, but I got used to it, and it doesn't cut now. I think the material softens and the seams flatten a bit with use
Holiday was superb, really didn't want to come back

Dont think any of us going to be doing Fraserburgh, but a few of us down to do Aberdeen in Sept.
Hope the sciatica clears up mate, as I am sure you will do really well once it does

Ha Ha She knows !
Rehab wise since feb when this dam Sciatica began well I have been having physio twice a week started of with distraction manipulation of the lumbar spine area for 3 few weeks ,
Then went on to having a 7 week course of Acupunture then tried the Traction table none of this had any effect on top of this I have been aqua jogging in the pool tue and thur and been doing my stretching rehab every morning mon - thu as I stay on the base during the week ,
Had MRI last week in edinburgh So will find out on the 28th when I get back to work from summer leave to find out results Def something not right though in there back is fine its just my hamstring town to my ankle where the nerve is getting squeezed by by the disc bulge causing pain when even walking short distances or standing ,
Most Depressing thing I have ever experienced !!

I was never good at pressing & used to always press from the rack and recently found my cv after cleaning from floor was s**t !
And resulted in failing reps OH.
I used to do alot of power cleans when in the GB bobsleigh team so I try and do most of my OH work from the floor hoping it will help for my comp in november

know how you feel mate, i'm coming it to year 5 soon!!!
but your doing the right things in finding away to rehab it and what the main cause is.
hope the MRI results gives you some answers.

5 years ! Jeezo I hope to hell it doesnt last that long ... Hope you are on the mend now Your rehab looks good and steady .
Tried the rembrand belt for benching after reading your post and going to use it from now on feels good ..

yeah it feel better now for me using a bent for the benching especially heavy.
