Reverse Band Added 160x1x1, 170x1x1, 180x1x1.

Inclined Bench [Medium Grip]
60x1x2, 100x1x2, 115x1x2, 130x1x2 & 100x2x8

Standing FB Press [Close Grip]
45x1x4, 65x1x4, 75x1x4 & 45x2x10

Box Squat [14Inch]
60x2x3, 100x1x3, 140x1x3, 180x1x3, 210 x 3,3,6.

Squatting heavy tomorrow so took it easy.

Dead Lift [Suit on from Start]

Good session today, more in the tank. This is my last session in the kit before the seniors. 855kg Gym total, hopfully I can deliver on the platform!

Trained at Oxford Power Sports before the strongman comp. Supporting a training partner.

Squat [Belt Only]
60x1x5, 105x1x5, 145x1x3, 185x1x3, 215x1x3, 235x1x2

Will add 5kg per week until I hit 250 for a double.

Bench Feet Up [No Arch]
70x2x10, 100x1x10, 120x1x8.

Will be throwing these into my training now my best is 170x1x10 but that some time ago.
