Nick - I can hold for 1 or 2 but then it rolls forward and I lose it! If I do the proper grip it feels like my wrists are gonna snap! I'll just have to practice more!

i wear wrist wraps on Clean grip also i do this stretch before i do fronties with clean grip, help stretch the shoulder and arms for me

I use two fingers but they dont really hold the bar they support it, it should be sitting on your front delt hands just outside shoulder width!

Do you wear wl shoes to squat?
