Cheers Dave, thanks for the spot mate. Yeah their cool, Hit the hamstrings hard and you dont have to use alot of weight so its ideal for an assistance exercise.

Static stretches mainly lower body.

Mega happy with this weeks training, especially enjoyed conditioning today. I seem to be moving pretty well to say Im heavier than I have been before. Going to stick with the 4 sessions a week and carry on eating as much as possible. Ill probably do dragons 4 this year instead of the yorkshire comp purely due to convinience but Im not 100% decided yet.

Yeah cheers for persuading me to have a go at the medley I was ready for going home, 90kg stress ball can be abit tricky lol.
