Lockout Blocks 70, 110, 150, 190 x3 225 4x3 (Hook) These were fine, not getting any harder. Light weight but working my back position which I feel is worth wile so will be sticking with them. Deadlift 70, 110, 150, 190, 220 x1 240 3x1 220 x5 240's felt alright today, pretty happy with them. The 220 i think is my 5rm so to do it after the above work im happy. Chins BW 5x5 These are gettin easier, very slowly! Front Squat 60, 100 x2 125 2x2 Dead! Walking Lunges with DBs 22 x5 each leg 32 3x5 each leg KB Swings DA = Double Arm 18 x10 DA 18 + red pullums band x10 DA 18 + 2 red pullum bands 3x10 DA 20 x10 DA, x10 Alt Arm, x10 DA 24 x10 DA, x10 Alt Arm, x10 DA Leg/Knee Raises SSW/ DB Curls BW 12/12 x10, 26 x6 x3 Done! Legs are aching today! | ||

Friday 9th Strict Log 42 2x5 62 x3 67 x3 74.5 3x3 PB Log 1Mo 72 2x3 77 x3 79.5 x1 Push Press Elbow was giving me jip so just 70 x3 Flat DB Press 32, 36, 40, 40 x8 26 2x15 Wouldve liked another set on 40, but elbow didnt like it! Front Raises 16 3x8 10 2x12 Core 40 3x12 Sunday 11th Was at home for the weekend, so this was a very off the cuff session when I got back to Loughborough. Solo Training too! Paused Bench 60 2x5 100 x2 115, 125, 132.5, 140 x1 PB Incline Bench 60, 80 x3 100 3x3 PB 80 x10,10,9 Side Raises 10 4x10 OH Triceps 32 3x10 Pushdowns 35 3x10 Happy with the bench and the incline. Things coming along. Will pull a PB this week then off Skiing for 2 weeks! | ||

too large Member 2411, 824 posts SQ 240, BP 162.5, DL 300702.5 kgs @ 109kgs UnEq | Monday 13th Really didnt feel up for today, but ended up having a good session 3x10 BW squats with Doubled blue band round knees Squat 60 2x5 100 x3 140, 160 x1 175 4x4 PB Banded Speed Pulls 2x red pullums bands looped round feet 60 x2 90 2x2 120 2x2 130 2x2 140 2x2 A lot of tension at the top! Chins BW 4x6 Shrugs 190 4x8 DB Rows 58 3x10 (r/l) Biceps EZ 50 2x5, 40 2x8 DB Curls (r&l) SSW/ Plate Hammer Curls (r&l) 22, 10 3x10 Squats felt a hell of alot more quad dominant, not sure why though. Was using an Oly bar, so maybe a different bar position or hand position that played around with my posture? Still good session. Happy. | ||
