Top set was a bit shaky but still good reps. Current pb on 155 is 12, so hopefully in the coming weeks could get around 160x12? Have some videos so maywell put them up later. SM Medley 80Kg Farmers 100Kg Farmers 75Kg (ish) Barrel Farmers x25M, Run Back x25M, Farmers x25M, Barrel x25M ..... x3 Doesnt look like much but I was dead after! | ||

too large Member 2411, 824 posts SQ 240, BP 162.5, DL 300702.5 kgs @ 109kgs UnEq | Tuesday 17th PM Ran down to the sports park on campus and did some sprints with different BW stuff around - course is 800M and has press ups, dips, pull ups, situps, lunges, shoulder press and BOR stations at various points. did that course once. Then did x10 Pressups into 300M "sprint" into x10 sit ups with 100M recovery walk, stright back in to press ups, etc etc., did that 5 times. Then a run back to the car. SHATTERED! Krav 1 Hour Cricky today was a HARD day!! Cramp and doms and everything! Hopefully the hard work will pay off! | ||

Rest day tomorrow thank god! | ||

Dunno mate, I guess self-motivation is the biggest thing. Knowing that what im doing is making a difference (and atm im seeing visable gains from loosing my gut, which helps alot), knowing that if i dont train in the morning, i cant train and thats not really an option. Its hard but you get used to it, I like to think im pretty dedicated to my goals.When i wake up i feel rough, but after a shower Im fine. Regards to taking stuff, i used to take MP Pulse (but its decided to melt and stick together somehow) so now i just take powder caffine, 4G beta alanine, 5G BCAAs and 6G creatine in 100ml of water, train on an empty stomach. bigbadbish said: Which campus is that mate? too large Member 2411, 824 posts SQ 240, BP 162.5, DL 300702.5 kgs @ 109kgs UnEq | Thursday 19th Had the day off work so caught up on some sleep and training around midday for once, which was nice In LUFS; Walk 45Mins 346Cals 4.17km DOH Deadlift Done on a s**tty fat bar and no chalk so just 180x1 Chins BW 5x5 Shrugs 100, 140 x10 180, 200 x6 210 x10? 180 x10 170 x12 140 x10 (hold at top) WG Shrugs 120, 130, 140 x10 Strict DB Row 38 3x10 r/l EZ Precher Biceps +20, +35 x5 +37.5 3x5 Superset Decline Abs SSW/ Biceps BW x12 / +20 x10 +10 3x10 / +22.5 x10, +25 2x10 Done in just around an hour so not too bad. | ||
