Deadlift 60 3x3 100 x2 140 x1 180 x1 210 x1 230 x1 250 x1 (+5kg PB) 260 x1 (+15kg PB) 230 x5 (+2 rep PB) Chins BW 5x4 High Box Squat 60, 100, 140, 160, 175, 185, 195 x3 Lunges Used a powerbag on my shoulders instead of DBs today to see if it felt any different. 15 x20 30 x20 40 2x20 DA KB Swings 20 + 2red bands 3x10 28 x10 32 x10 40 x10 (not as hard as I thought!) Techno Techno Gym Curls 55 3x5 Core Circuit Wood Chop - 20 x10 (r/l) Standing Core - 40 x10 Plank - 30s Did this 3 times with no rest Biceps Finisher 210 reps (20, 19, 18, 17.....3, 2, 1 style) VERY happy with the deadlift today, wasnt overly hard either considering. If I had a few more weeks I may be tempted to try abit more but am off on Skiing for a few weeks tomorrow, which is why I wanted to get as many new 1RM in as I could! Videos to Follow | ||

Cheers mate, Pulls felt really good, pretty happy with them tbh. Overhead is a weakness atm, but improving very slowly Lets hope this time off hasnt hindered me too much! Midlands in a few weeks so need to get sorted quickly! | ||

Saturday 7th Events at Jts Dumbell - up to 57 2x1 R, 51 x3 R and 40 2x3 L Axle FTOH - up to 100 x1 and then 90 3x3 Stone to high platform, No Tacky - 105 4x5 Enjoyed this session Tuesday 10th Squat up to 165, 170, 175 x3 15" Axle FTOH - 106x1 PB then 96 3x3 - happy with this Paused bench 115 3x3 CG Bench 90, 92.5, 95 x5 Bench 100 3xmax Side raises 12 4x6 Front raises 12 3x10 Rolling BB Extensions 40 3x10 This was a good session too | ||
