Member 3316, 65 posts SQ 190, BP 140, DL 240570.0 kgs @ 95kgs UnEq | bar moving around on your back like you said yesterday will beat the s**t out of your elbows. play around with your grip so the bar is set mate, will help i think. i had the same thing a while back remember. i always thought having my wrists cocked back when benching was s**te too, straightening them out (along with sorting my squat grip) has meant my elbows haven't flared up in months and my bench feels much stronger and squat set up more solid. food for thought bro x | ||

Yeah i know, yesterday elbows didnt hurt just the bar was moving about abit due to a slipper MP tshirt and incorrect bar placing! All to depth. squats are feeling STRONG! 5kg more next week, which should be solid! Speed Pulls 135 Kg bar weight x2, +30 chains 3x2, +40 chains 5x2 These are feeling good. Second pulls always a bit faster. Backs saying straighter. Tech improving. Happy Assistance Chins BW x2 +5 x3 +10 2x3 +15 2x3 +5, BW x4 Shrugs 180 4x8 Kroc Row 56 3x10 (r/l) Biceps EZ Bar; 47.5 2x5 35 2x12 Curls SSW/ plate hammer curls 18 / 10 3x10 (r&l) Good session today. Things coming along nicely I think. Sunday 4th Bench 115, 122.5, 125 x2 Shirt on reps to a 1BD; Warms ups on 2 and 1BD then 165 x2,1,2 Jus some technical errors today. Frustrating as things were going well, will get these nailed next time. Banded Bench (Speed) 2 xPullum Red Bands 60 3x3 70 6x3 1:1 with John on these. Palms in Shoulder DB Press 24 x10 30 x6,5 24 2x8 Triceps 8sets of 10-20 reps Core 3x10 (L/R) 40 3x10 Not bad. Things are a bit here and there at the moment with Benching. Need to get a proper plan nailed down then reap the rewards. | ||

Used it the best way I could. +10kg PB, a long time over due. Then a few down sets for some extra work. Very happy. The strongest lads in the gym spotting me (and a half decent camera man too) so there was no way I was gonna miss that squat. Video to follow tonight. Speed Pulls 60, 100, 140 x2 +30kg chains 2x2 +40kg chains 2x2 +50 kg chains 4x2 Chins BW x3 +15 4x3 BW 3x5 Slowly getting there with these. Shrugs 185 4x8 Seated Row DA - 110 3x10 SA - 40 2x12 (R/L) Curls 3 x5 warm up sets What looked like 52.5 2x5 (techno techno gym BB with weights already set on them) DB 26 2x6 (R&L) DB 18 2x12 (R&L) Done. More in there on the squat in the next few months. Pulls feeling good too, new PB in there soon. | ||
