With my slacking off over the xmas period and my job at present, my lifts will be s**t (probably the worst power/weight ratio there!!  ) im a going to just use this comp to use a base line for a new training cycle for when hopefully ive got a less demanding job!!so rick get your name down, if im coming up from down south im sure you can muster a trip over | ||

Good number of records will be set on April 29th if all goes to plan! (kicking myself for not being there...) | ||
