In my gym there is more chance of the zercher squat entering unto the pantheon of events for next year's WSM, although having seen the events for The Arnold..... The squatting I viewed was all TO THE BASEMENT. Or at least to the roof space. After waiting 30 f**king minutes I ended up doing: Leg Press - 3 x 8 Leg Extensions - 3 x 10 Leg Raises - 5 x 10 Machine Crunches - 5 x 10 | ||

Worked up to a 1rm then did 5 x 5 x 70%. Realised I have lost the ability to squat high and/or stop at a certain height and drive back up again. Oh well. DB Rows - 2 x 20 x 50kg Lat Pulldowns - 3 x 6 | ||

Hang cleans - 5 x 3 x 70kg Pull-ups - 10, 8, 8 2, count them, 2 hot female students in the gym being "taught" power cleans by some coach/personal trainer who was hanging about in there. He had them doing jumping jack power cleans which I am not a big fan of. But who the hell am I?? | ||
