Only 4 hours sleep last night, due to having a lot on my plate, but needs must. Unhappy

Squats - up to a very conservative 1rm

CGBP - 14 x 72.5kg

Dips - 3 x 10

DOH Shrugs - 2 x 50 x 100kg

s**tty deadlifting - I actually seem to have forgottoen how to do this according to my mate. So the name of the log may have to change.

DB Rows - 3 x 10 x 65kg

Lat Pulldowns - 3 x 6

For the first time ever both squat racks were in use. In my gym there is more chance of the zercher squat entering unto the pantheon of events for next year's WSM, although having seen the events for The Arnold.....

The squatting I viewed was all TO THE BASEMENT. Or at least to the roof space.

After waiting 30 f**king minutes I ended up doing:

Leg Press - 3 x 8

Leg Extensions - 3 x 10

Leg Raises - 5 x 10

Machine Crunches - 5 x 10

Squats; Worked up to a 1rm then did: 1 x 2 x 90%, 9 x 2 x 85%

Bench: CGBP: 3 x 10 x 50kg (+50kg chain); on last set dropped the chain and did an additional 10 with just the weight

Standing cable abs: 6 x 10

Neck raises: 3 x 50 x 15kg

Neck lateral flexion: 2 x 30 x 2 plates (per side)

Leg Extensions - 3 x 15

Maybe some abs - can't really remember.

DB Bench - 5 x 37.5kg, then 3 x 12 x 25kg

Lat Pulldowns - 3 x 6

Shrugs - 3 x 10 x 180kg

Abs, abs, abs

Saw 2 girls I know in the gym and one of them is a machine; she did 5 wide grip pull-ups with 10kg hanging off her. SOLID!!

Squats - 1st training session in a while as I hurt my leg. Worked up to a 1rm then did 5 x 5 x 70%. Realised I have lost the ability to squat high and/or stop at a certain height and drive back up again. Oh well.

DB Rows - 2 x 20 x 50kg

Lat Pulldowns - 3 x 6

Squats - beltless up to a light double

Front squats - 10 x 2 x 70kg

18" Rack Pull - up to 3 x 150kg (Stopped as I couldn't be arsed to do more.)

Hang cleans - 5 x 3 x 70kg

Pull-ups - 10, 8, 8

2, count them, 2 hot female students in the gym being "taught" power cleans by some coach/personal trainer who was hanging about in there. He had them doing jumping jack power cleans which I am not a big fan of. But who the hell am I??

Deadlift (no belt) - worked up to 150kg, then 20 x 100kg

Bench - 3 x 100kg, then 20 x 65kg

Abs, lower back, biceps, triceps, etc. etc.
