Band Deadlift (Blue Band) These got really heavy really fast, probably a little tight
70kg x 10
120kg x 10
170kg x 5
190kg x 2 tough

Deadlift
220kg x 3
240kg x 3
250kg x 3 Great PB here

My deadlift have started moving now, I have stopped trying to deadlift like everybody else, my body levers clearly arent suited for it. At the end of the day I compete in strongman not powerlifting so all I care about now is getting the weight from the floor to a standing position whether I hitch it or not!

Bent over row
120kg x 10
130kg x 8
130kg x 8

Low Row
126kg x 8
140kg x 8
140kg x 8 back was a little sore after these

Lat Pulldown Had literally no back energy
77kg x 8
98kg x 8
98kg x 8 all hard

220kg x 3 perfect reps felt really comfortable could of gone a little heavier

Box squats with blue band quite tight
120kg x 3 1 second pause
120kg x 3
120kg x 3
120kg x 3

Leg extension
whole stack x 10 slow reps
whole stack + 10kg plate x 10
whole stack + 20kg x plate x 10
whole stack + 20kg plate + blue band x 10 this was a little harder, i need a bigger leg extension machine ....

Single leg ham curls
nothing exciting just 3 sets of 10

The adidas strips go down the front of your thigh and not the side which may confuse some who look at depth

As I don't train with you, I don't know how much you have improved and how much more you could have done

That video in itself is a great effort and you are training very hard, keep it going!

Depth wise I can spent ages working on it a feel that I have come on tons, it took a long time though. I have had a few injurys on my back and knee which have also held my squat back, so I am just looking to get back to were I was. This is a video of me probably from last summer

In typical ironic YouTube style that clip won't work in my phone

I will check it out though and your improvements can only lead to a better showing generally come game time
