Has anyone got any good recipes?

I've tried out a couple that I've found kicking around on the internet, one tasted horrible, the other didn't set so i have a tray of high protein sludge stuff in the fridge. Tastes alright, but hardly handy to nibble on the way home from the gym.

Any suggestions?

150g oats, 130g whey, 220g peanut butter, 170g honey.

Heat PB and honey for 1min.
Mix in whey then oats.
Knead well.
Lay out on tray, flatten out and divide.
Put tray in fridge till set.

Enjoy.

May well give that a go. If more whey is added do you think that would mess the recipe up?

Finally got round to giving this a try. They're in the fridge right now. Hopefully they'll be tasty!

I personally prefer the flapjacks made with vanilla whey, I've tried strawberry, nut fudge and toffee whey but vanilla comes out on top every time.

I used unflavoured as that's all I've got in at the minute and they still taste pretty good!

If cut into 8 pieces they're about 350cal each with around 14g protein.

I tried unflavoured when I bought some by mistake and it's not a patch on vanilla.

I make a few different ones for snacks at work:

75g Oats
2 eggs (can use 4 whites instead)
Scoop vanilla protein
Raisins
Cinnamon
Banana (optional)
Touch of water to help mix

I also make this one without proten powder or with unflavoued whey - when I do this I add a spoonful of honey for flavour.

75g Oats
2 eggs (can use 4 whites instead)
Scoop vanilla protein
Blueberries
Touch of water to help mix

Mix ingredients in bowl (you want it to be too runny/sloppy), put in tin/on tray and cook on 180 for 20mins or so.
