However, done some concept 2 rowing stuff and got 500m in 1:31. Gonna try and get this time down in the next few weeks. Hard conditioning. I was wearing my olly shoes so they werent the comfiest to get decent leg drive. | ||

Chalked up and put a belt on and pulled 200 x 1 Cleans 70 x 5 80 x 3 90 x 1 70 x 3 x 3 Chin ups 4 x 5 Good Mornings 3 x 20 Shrugs 22/26/26 x 20 Then finished off by testing my concept 2 rowing time. I managed to get 500m in 1:29. Quite chuffed with this and going to try and cut this down Also sometime last week i managed to do Bench 100 x 5 no spotter very easily. 105 x 3 paused easy. | ||

Didnt want to push it since ive got rugby tomorrow and my knee was feeling a bit sore. Deadlift, up to 190 x 1 no belt. Very easy! Deffos getting much stronger at these. Ham curl machine leg extension machine x lots of reps for the both to stretch out my sore legs. Some curllzzzz | ||
