Rubbish.
Deads - 180 x 1 x very slow = very irritated.

Done some kettlebell stuff.

However, done some concept 2 rowing stuff and got 500m in 1:31. Gonna try and get this time down in the next few weeks. Hard conditioning. I was wearing my olly shoes so they werent the comfiest to get decent leg drive.

Today worked up to deadlift 190 x 1 no belt fairly easy.
Went for 200 x 1 and it stuck to my legs, not weakness just sticky skin on my legs.

Chalked up and put a belt on and pulled 200 x 1

Cleans
70 x 5
80 x 3
90 x 1
70 x 3 x 3

Chin ups 4 x 5

Good Mornings 3 x 20

Shrugs 22/26/26 x 20

Then finished off by testing my concept 2 rowing time. I managed to get 500m in 1:29. Quite chuffed with this and going to try and cut this down


Also sometime last week i managed to do Bench 100 x 5 no spotter very easily.
105 x 3 paused easy.

Nah man ive f**ked my training for it which is a bit annoying. Had the feeling in my head that if i went in and done it I wouldnt put a decent number on my total. Sad times.

Jumping over a barbell in the rack at 30inches.

Chin ups 10 x 3
Fat grip curls 4 x 10
Neck harness 80 reps with 15kg.

Rugby last night so sore today.

Worked up to 160 x 1 on squat pretty easy. Didnt want to push it since ive got rugby tomorrow and my knee was feeling a bit sore.

Deadlift, up to 190 x 1 no belt. Very easy! Deffos getting much stronger at these.

Ham curl machine
leg extension machine x lots of reps for the both to stretch out my sore legs.
