Mate, I can only bench 47.5kg with a regular teeshirt on. Sleeveless gives me like 70kg! Also aye my heads bad there, but meh im strict on proper benching. Its just a training lift :P

Done some Skipping with kettlebell sqwings today to keep the heart rate up. Adding conditioning to my workouts to try and get a bit leaner. Also going up to a local rugby team to train and see what its like.

then 115 x 1.5- Went off my line on the second rep and had to get it lifted off. Annoyed.

Rugby training again tonight. Only got to do one weights workout this week because of other things going on. Ie planning and getting supplies for going to the creamfields festival. Next week I will be back at it, I will just have to change my weight training days to mon,wed,fri,sat. And when i go back to uni whatever suits to get my four workouts in. And then the two rugby conditioning. So far really enjoying a difference in training. I still plan on competeing in powerlifting.

Back from creamfields and totally burst! Wild weekend. Thus ive been feeling like s**t and i am totally tired this weekend.

Lower Night - No program tonight just getting the feel for stuff

Hahah no, im not doing like a full snatch. I was just doing deadlifts but as snatch pulls. so like from the floor up to the waste and firing my hips if you get me and doing the shrug but stopping there. Like getting the shrug etc at the top of the lift. So nothing special :P
