Rugby training last night. Very sore today.

Tonight.
Deadlifted
up to 190 x 1. Slow, however was out last night so cant complain.

Hang snatch. 3 x 5
30/40/50

GM 5 x 5 - 40kg

45 deg 3 x 15
machine row 3 x 15

Shrugs 3 x 15

Trying to develop the muscles that i need for rugby. So traps neck and explosive power in the legs.

Had a messy weekend and played my first rugby match which was good fun.
However, this lead to a s**te session

ME upper - 95kg x 4 - awful.

Hanging snatch 2 x 5 - 40kg/50kg
Push press 3 x 5 30/50/60
Good morning 3 x 12 40/50/50
DB Rows 3 x 20 -24kg
Shoulder rehab.
