Slow, however was out last night so cant complain. Hang snatch. 3 x 5 30/40/50 GM 5 x 5 - 40kg 45 deg 3 x 15 machine row 3 x 15 Shrugs 3 x 15 Trying to develop the muscles that i need for rugby. So traps neck and explosive power in the legs. | ||
