I need to get my arse into gear and try and get my strength back. I can't go into a comp and lift less than my last one! New goal: Eat like a behemoth! | ||

Since I have decided im a fat bas***d and need to do some CV me and neil done some "Fun" circuits. However pushed it to 5 rather easily and could have went for about 2 more Squat 110 x 5 125 x 3 140 x 5 PB 70 x 5 x 10. Shrugs 4 x 15 70, 110, 130, 140 Lat pulls 4 x 10 7,8,9,10 Great session today happy with my final set and strength coming back to normal. | ||

Push Press 40 x 5 50 x 5 60 x 5 70 x 5 80 x 5 - PB Dips 6 x 5 + Chain. Rope Tri pulldowns Shoulder circuit Snatch 3 x 3 30 x 3 40 x 3 50 x 3 Great session. Glad my strength is coming back! | ||

Not really fussed about federations yet, just want to get a few comps done. Friday - Deadlift Felt kinda s**tey today. warmup 135 x 5 152.5 x 3 170 x 1 - Couldnt push this to 5 like my other lifts. Deadlift is my real weakness. Some fatgrip stuff Chin ups Rack pulls Shrugs 4 x 15 70,110,130,150PB, from just below the knee so i guess this counts as rack pull into shrugs :P Lat pull 3 x 10 7,8,9 | ||

Mil Press Warmup 42.5 x 5 50 x 3 55 x 5 - Overhead is really coming along! Hopefully this has some decent carry over to benching etc. Done some dips and chins Conditioning from hell! Im gonna try and make this my Saturday routine. Stollen from Neil's log. Cosgrovian complexes 40kg x Deadlift 40kg x Romanian Deadlift 40kg x Bentover Row 40kg x Power Clean 40kg x Front Squat 40kg x Push Press 40kg x Back Squat 40kg x Good Morning Round 1 - perform 6 reps of each exercise : Rest 90 seconds Round 2 - perform 5 reps of each exercise : rest 90 seconds Round 3 - perform 4 reps of each exercise : rest 90 seconds Round 4 - perform 3 reps of each exercise : rest 90 seconds Round 5 - perform 2 reps of each exercise : rest 90 seconds Round 6 - perform 1 reps of each exercise : rest 90 seconds Ferrugias Complex - meant to be timed but didnt 30kgs - 6 x Deadlift 30kgs - 6 x Hang Clean 30kgs - 6 x Front Squat 30kgs - 6 x Hang Snatch 30kgs - 6 x Overhead Squat 30kgs - 6 x Front Press 30kgs - 6 x Bentover Row 30kgs - 6 x Romanian Deadlift Farmers Walk 30kg dumbells x however long the hallways it there and back x 2 50kg dumbells x however long the hallways it there and back Good session. Member 1543, 288 posts SQ 175, BP 115, DL 210500.0 kgs @ 92.5kgs UnEq | Going mental for circuits these days, went in and done another today. 5 rounds Fat Bar clean and jerk, 40kg - 5 reps Farmers walk corridor and back, 30kg each hand. 16kg Kettlebell snatch 5 reps e/s 50kg plate carry corridor and back 5 front squats using kettlebell 5 reps push press with fatbar. Quite a killer. 45 deg back extensions 3 x 15 1 x 15 bw 2 x 15 + 10kg | ||

Bench warm up 40 x 5 50 x 5 60 x 5 - f**k deloads 80 x 1 90 x 1 100 x 1 110 x 1 - Weight flew up quicket than ever before, it felt pretty easy 115 x f - F for f**king s**te. I dont know why I cant hit this I think its a mental thing, off the chest was quick slowed down mid range guy tapped the bar a bit and I was then able to lock it out. Possible due to my really short rests between sets. I need to get this soon. However my 110 is a technical PB since im at a much lighter weight than I was at comp, below 90kg. DB Incline 3 x 10 18kg, 24kg, 26kg Machine DD row 5 x 10 setting 5,6,7,8,9 Superset - Dips to bodyweight rows 5 rounds 5 reps each exercise. Shoulder circuit 3,4,5kg Don't know how to feel about todays session. Quite annoyed that I couldn't hit the 115, some nose tork and a bit of getting into the zone should hopefully work. | ||
