Bench – The gayest of all lifts!

Right, I hate bench! It is a stupid ego lift that is apparently the 2nd most performed movement in gyms next to the bicep curl. I hate it, after this comp I am going to have a few weeks of benching and just do OH presses which I enjoy far far more.

Just concentrating on getting to my chest properly with a weight I can manage this week, may add back up to 230 next week but I don’t really care provided I get one bench in on the day. And as I have to have 220 to get the bar down it would be that.

I find rotator cuff issues become forgotten even loosened off with a firm clamping of a thigh and a nicely shaven haven presenting itself to you.

It is true, and I also find the more fobbiden the thigh clamp the greater the number of ailments cured, and also the more fun!

Hmm, I may ask Lee to provide a local bit of council estate totty in the corner so I can perform this excercise at the gym, everything would end up supersetted with rotator muff training and tounge extensions though. Mind you, at least nobody could call it a gay excercise!!! Happy
