Looking forward to it Bench Just finishing off from the old programme with this 60 x3 90 x3 110 x2 125 4x2 (pb) Speed Box Squat (32cm Box) 60 2x2 100 10x2 Deficit Pulls 60 2x2 100 x3 140 x3 180 5x3 - all felt really fast, working on speed off the floor to drive through that sticking point! Upper Assistance Incline Bench 60 x8 75 3x8 Comfortable Flat DB press 40 2x8 Worked with Hamson for some killer tricep assistance Incline Elbow Extensions 14 3x10 Flat Elbow Extensions 14 3x10 Band Pushdowns Both arms - 3x15 R then L - 3x15 Curls 22 x5 26 3x5 Cable Curls Normal grip - 16 2x10 Close grip - 16 2x10, 10 x5 Done, Pump, Happy | ||

Took about 18 mins to lock out, but bloody well got it! Called out by Damo explaining that if your feeling good one day then keep on working hard because you never know whats going to happen tomorrow. DB Rows R/L 36 x10 55 x10, 10, 12 (used straps for last set cos grip was going which meant form was going to sh1t and that's not cool is it) Lat Pull Downs 75 2x10 75 2x8 Next time I'l do lats before rows Very happy with todays session, went in planning for 260 on the blocks but came away with 270. I couldn't even get down to the bar half the time! haha. Out of the 5 singles i think i got 1 "good" rep Of course something that needs alot of getting used to and practice in Banded Bench 32Kg on Tension 60 x3 80 x3 100 x1 110 xf 2 Board Banded Bench 32Kg on Tension 90 x1 100 x1 110 x1 Light 32cm Box Squats According to coach they wernt fast enought to be considered as speed squats 60 2x2 100 10x2 Feet up Banded Bench 32Kg on Tension 60 x5 80 3x5 Nice bit of assistance with Hamson, which must have only taken about 30 mins! Shoulder Press 24 2x10 Slowly getting better, remember a time when i was stuck on 18/20 for about 2 years!! ME Lower Body Squat 60 2x3 100 x3 140 x3 170 x1 190 x3 (PB, previously ide only singled this) Nice and quick, only took 30 mins from 1st warm up set to finishing! Speed Pulls 60 2x2 100 2x1 130 10x1 Pretty quick again, 45-60 seconds rest between pulls Carried on working up 170 x2 200 x2 230 x2 (=pb) 200 5x5 was only going to do 1 set, but thanks to Damo 5 it was! These felt so dam fast off the floor, bit slower at the top of the 5th rep but still very very happy!! GHR BW 5x6 Shrugs Worked with Damo, making sure i didnt bounce the weight back up and let the weight "sink" down on my arms. Longer ROM, so more gains! 70 x10 120 x10 160 5x12 120 x30 Gooooood session today. Very happy! Big up to Damo too who Oly Squatted a solid PB today. His last session in Base so was good to train with him! | ||
