Nope, I had on one of Lees old single ply suits with the straps down so kinda like briefs. Trying to find a suit that fits etc at the moment.


I shouldn't be telling you this, as you'll no doubt be handing me a defeat in the near future but the Titan Boss with the aplix straps is THE suit for squatting in Matt. Del uses one, as does Craig, Justin's done 400kgs at 85kgs in his. A size 48 would probably fit you, possibly a 50. I'm a 48 and I'm a full 110kgs lifting in it.

Hmm, good to know. Mick King has a size 48 never used and the underpants to go with it, he said he would bring it down next week so if it is the same style then good good! As for defeat, I need to squat my ass of for a bit first.

Bit off today, tired as hell due to spending the night on the sofa if you get my drift. Still fun fun f**k it all, how dare real life get in the way of lifting. Also just found out I get a BMW 330 series in May for free: I'd buy that for a dollar!

The wee little Jordana did well, 3 sets with 60kg x 5 (4 on last) on close grips, been giving her a bit of advice ad she is clearly a powerhouse with it. I will get her to an 80kg bench soon enough!

Dunno, not really fussed to be honest, probably aim to hit about 320/330 in the comp, tis my squat I am focused on and I hope for a decentish bench too.

What did you have, 5g oats maybe? did you sniff a grain of rice?
