I currently train 6 days a week with a split very much like a bodybuilders with a twist as I would one day like to compete in strongman.

Day 1, Bench with chest work EDIT- These reps did not touch chest.. 2 inches off

Bench press
60kg x 8
80kg x 6
95kg x 4
100kg x 2
105kg x 2
110kg x 1
75kg x 5

Decline dumb press(weight is the combined 2 dumbells)
45kg x 8
60kg x 6
70kg x 3
75kg x 2
80kg x 1 (and a bruised shoulderTongue)

Incline bench press
40kg x 6
55kg x 4
65kg x 2
70kg x 1
20kg x 8

Dips(-means amount of weight taken from bodyweight which is 96kg)
-35kg x 6
-10kg x 3
BW x 2
BW x 1

Workout went pretty well, a bit lacking in energy as i woke up only 2 hours before my workout. Nothing a little sauna and steam room didnt cure afterwardsHappy.

A damaged right oblique and a night on the beer hampered todays workout but i think i did well with the situation never the less.

Squat with light deadlift

The squats at the beginning were extremely poor and didnt reach full depth after the second rep on 120kg. Punished myself with some really deep high rep box squats tho so that makes up for itHappy.

By light deadlift i mean not much accesory work for it. I shall make sure i keep my wording correct from now onWink.

I know my form is crap but was f**kin nackered and my right oblique was pretty sore.

Todays workout was real good and i think 75kg on the dumbs arent far away at all. Back still real sore but got a nice sports massage on wednesday booked (she has a nice rearTongue)

Than variouse ab work including some heavy sets on a power crunch machine.

Nice workout but sufferin DOMS in my lower back and glutes from sunday, normally concentrate on my deadlift tommorow but we will have to seeUnhappy.
