Member 49, 2298 posts SQ 200, BP 132.5, DL 220552.5 kgs @ 123kgs UnEq | Post Edited: 08.07.2007 @ 20:28 PM I currently train 6 days a week with a split very much like a bodybuilders with a twist as I would one day like to compete in strongman.Day 1, Bench with chest work EDIT- These reps did not touch chest.. 2 inches off Bench press 60kg x 8 80kg x 6 95kg x 4 100kg x 2 105kg x 2 110kg x 1 75kg x 5 Decline dumb press(weight is the combined 2 dumbells) 45kg x 8 60kg x 6 70kg x 3 75kg x 2 80kg x 1 (and a bruised shoulder) Incline bench press 40kg x 6 55kg x 4 65kg x 2 70kg x 1 20kg x 8 Dips(-means amount of weight taken from bodyweight which is 96kg) -35kg x 6 -10kg x 3 BW x 2 BW x 1 | ||

Nothing a little sauna and steam room didnt cure afterwards. | ||

Squat with light deadlift Squats 80kg x 8 100kg x 4 110kg x 3 120kg x 3 130kg x 1 100kg x 5 80kg x 10 Deadlifts 100kg x 8 120kg x 5 140kg x 3 160kg x 2 175kg x 1 140kg x 4 100kg x 11 box squats 60kg x 8 80kg x 4 90kg x 3 95kg x 2 80kg x 7 70kg x 5 Leg press 200kg x 6 250kg x 4 290kg x 4 330kg x 3 310kg x 3 200kg x 8 The squats at the beginning were extremely poor and didnt reach full depth after the second rep on 120kg. Punished myself with some really deep high rep box squats tho so that makes up for it. | ||

Back still real sore but got a nice sports massage on wednesday booked (she has a nice rear) | ||

Nice workout but sufferin DOMS in my lower back and glutes from sunday, normally concentrate on my deadlift tommorow but we will have to see. | ||
