Last time, i hit raw pbs- i did 3 weeks in wraps first. My theory being geetting used to heavy weights on my back. So, back to wraps for time being barxlots,lots,lots 70x3,3,3 120x3,3 140x1 ADD WRAPS AND BELT 180X3 - this was easy, didn't want to go straight to 190 for 3 though, avent lifted 180 for like 3 weeks. 210xMISS- damn, would have been a nice PB single- will get it soon though- nevermind Did wraps a bit looser than Dave usually does and it felt good, supporting but not occluding. Probably got less out of them, but was easier to hit depth. Deadlift 120x3,3 160x1 180x9 (belt and straps) probably a pb, but never reallly done this many reps before, so won't count this lol Farmer's (using cylinders)- back fried at this point 92kgx25m 92kgx25m 92kgx25m 92kgx25m (VID) don't think i'll upload lol, its a gay weight Machine rows 3x12 machine shrugs 4x20 | ||
