Adjust the lever till the drag is what you want. I go for 130 simply because that was recommended to me. Maybe bigger guys might want a bit more drag. If you stick it to 10 all the time you lose the ability to adjust to take into account differences in machines. It's not a big deal if you're just looking for a cardio hit, but if you're trying to see how you are progressing the difference in machine could be a problem. What resistance you set it to doesn't change how much work you put in to get a fast time, it just changes the feel of the exercise. | ||
