What's stopping you? The basic strength is there obviously. 150x7 means you are good for 180plus. Not too far to 200 from there (not that i've got there yet). You could do a bit more volume, or are you a bit worried that might re-injure your back? | ||

That 150 for 7 was right on the limit though and still pushing myself just not quite as strong as I was and I might keep some volume in for a while again and see how I feel from there. | ||
