Felt alright tonight, not on complete top form due to a few issues with business and my children. But all in all felt strong, if not aching from Wednesday.

Doing Cheshires strongest man, the expo and SSM 3 at the moment. Throw in a couple of nationals and I'll see where I go from there. What you down for ?

Felt really strong on these tonight. But after the 140kg my triceps were pumped to f**k.
Seated Front Press:

1 x 8 @ 90kg

1 x 5 @ 105kg - No more left in the tank, should have gone for 8.
Seated side raises:
3 x 12 @ 27.5kg
Rear Delts:

C/G Bench (All Paused):

1 x 5 @ 90kg
1 x 3 @ 125kg
1 x 1 @ 140kg
1 x 3 @ 165kg
Cardio:
5 minute warm up followed by
5 sets of 45secs sprint followed by 1 minute jog
Bench Jumps:
3 benches 5 times each way.
Jumps for height:
5 to the left 5 to the right.
