Can still nail the snatch Member 168, 758 posts SQ 205, BP 90, DL 202.5497.5 kgs @ 74kgs UnEq | 8s on power cleans 70x8 just a gentle warm up for deads. when im back to deadlifting 200k (if ever) would be nice doing 130 p cln x8 !! must check boar routine see what i can do for a set of 20 reps did a charity lift for comic relief power clean for duration of a song (no stoping) weight on bar my bodyweight something like 43 times then tryed to do a build up of a single like in a comp managed............(wanted to do about 140k) Fu*k all legs like jelly ha ha ha ?????????? | ||
