He's obvioulsy gone down for the stash of coke/heroin
Mess with the supply of Class A drugs, and your playing a dicey game
As you say Carl, seemed a nice bloke

Im not going to go into detail (not my place to) but from what Rich has explained to me it is very unjustified in my opinion

He had large amounts of a Class A drug in his premises
It would have been deemed he was intent on supplying them
Never likely to escape a custodial sentence in that situation
It seems he had confiscated it, but I doubt whether a judge/jury would have bought that unfortunately

The article does go along way to explain his defence and the concluding quote has some consideration to it...

Just read it again and he admitted that, so it all appears to at least be clear...?
Wrong crowd and peer pressure may be a massive part in this however

Rich is one of the most geniune person I have met involved in strength sports; and has been nothing but generous and helpful to me and many other people. I wish the best on him and would love to be able to help in someway or another.

looks like a sticky situation.
normally not wise to speculate on small amount of info, but does sound like he might have been between rock and a hard place with that one.
Nice guys end up in s**tty situations too.
Hope he is ok.
