We the above situ, sounds like Rich is in s**t for nothing

BUT, if he didnt put them there, he either let someone do it or he has been shafted by a member of his own staff

If the latter, he needs to beat down on his staff, if the former, he was always running a huge risk

it wouldnt have been a staff member stu is the only other person that works there and drug arnt his thing

some of the gym members are constantly on the wrong side of the law and i wouldnt but it past a few of them to be the c**t that shafted him.

rich is a good mate of mine and i know for a fact the he hates scagheads and the class a's were not his and if he had known who its was they would have been dealt with

no he will not as he has children he will miss.. a friend of mine was stabbed on the door a few months ago and it was all on camera and at crown court a jury found him not guilty... again miss justice.. the law is s**t... and you are a DICK

I'm not a lawyer but I think possession of that kind of quantity of class A drugs is a strict liability offence, so he was going down no matter what.

yea, and what was he sentenced for? the newspaper just says drug offences, was is posession of class A's? or what?

Thinking about it, his mistake was probably selling the steroids through the gym. If he'd sold them outside of the gym and stored them away from there, the raid either would have only found the class As and his not guilty plea would be stronger (clean character etc) or the raid would have been outside the gym and the class As wouldn't have been found at all.
