Very strong lifting there mate! 200 bench on the horizon! what training programme are you following at the moment? with 3x3 at the end?

Thanks Michael, 200kg might be a little way off at the moment would be nice though! I do 531 on big 3 mix and match assistance a bit 3x3 on second weight of week 2 find that it is a nice working weight fairly heavy but do-able. there is probably a much better way but havent stumbled on it yet.
